Every Wayline Studio poster is personalised and made to order. Under Dutch law (article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications. We therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your poster arrives damaged or differs from the design you approved, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours after we have agreed on the solution.
