Wayline Studio (Studio DF VOF) processes the personal data you provide when ordering: name, address, email, phone number (optional), payment details (handled by the payment provider) and the trip data and photos you upload for your design.

We use this data only to process and deliver your order, create your design and contact you about your order. We share it only with the parties needed for that: our webshop platform (Shopify), the payment provider, our design and hosting environment and the delivery company. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Trip data and photos are used only for your poster. Order data is kept for 7 years because of tax obligations.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its use. Contact us at info@waylinestudio.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
