Terms of service

1. Who we are. Wayline Studio is a trade name of Studio DF VOF, Spoorzicht 11, 1749 MW Warmenhuizen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 42090538, VAT NL869669175B01).

2. Scope. These terms apply to every order placed at Wayline Studio.

3. Your order. An agreement is formed once you have completed your order and received our order confirmation.

4. Prices. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable and shipping.

5. Payment. Payment is made at checkout through the payment methods offered.

6. Your design. After ordering, you provide your trip details (Polarsteps export, GPX file or list of stops). We create your design based on this information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and for the rights to any photos you upload.

7. Production and delivery. We produce and ship within 2 to 4 business days after you have approved your design. Delivery times are estimates; exceeding them does not entitle you to cancel the order.

8. Right of withdrawal. Posters are personalised and made to your specifications; the right of withdrawal does not apply (article 6:230p(f) Dutch Civil Code).

9. Complaints. Report damage or defects within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the poster or refund the purchase price.

10. Liability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order concerned.

11. Privacy. We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law. Dutch law applies to these terms and every agreement.
